Siheyuan: Studying Is the Only Sure Path to Success

Are you sure you really want to go? If you leave to take the exam, our He family's craft will die out! He Daqing sighed as he looked at He Yuzhu. “Besides, what will you do after you get out?” “If you start working at the factory now, you'll have a job for life!” He Yuzhu shook his head. “Dad, I've made up my mind. I'm going to take the college entrance exam.” He Yuzhu knew that taking the exam was the only way to change his life. Only he knew what it was like to die tragically beneath a bridge in his previous life. So He Yuzhu wanted to study as hard as he could and get away from the beasts. What's more, his golden finger granted him skills to strengthen the nation. In this life, He Yuzhu didn't want to drift aimlessly anymore. He only wanted to serve his country. Looking at the determination in He Yuzhu's eyes, He Daqing nodded. “All right! Zhuzi, I'm counting on you!” The next day, a bright red announcement went up: He Yuzhu had earned perfect scores in all eight subjects, becoming the nation's first top scorer on the college entrance exam!
