Walking the Same Road as the Moon Sets

Rumor has it there is no problem the Beijue Bureau cannot solve, and no mission the God-Burying Island will not accept. The Beijue Bureau serves the Great Yu Kingdom, while God-Burying Island lies beyond the Nine Provinces. In short, both are forces that inspire terror wherever they go. Xuanyue, an assassin who fled God-Burying Island, crosses paths with Lu Xingzhi, the Beijue Bureau’s commander. One is a wildcat who strikes without hesitation, appearing ruthless but kind at heart. The other is a wily old fox, decisive in battle and calm and composed in any situation. One side seeks to use the other, while the other remains on guard. Though they join forces, their everyday moments together and the battles they fight side by side gradually draw them to each other, bringing solace to their lonely hearts.
