Even if you don't understand acupuncture points, you can easily get started with the standard hand-drawn acupoint diagrams and live model demonstrations. There are also dietary tips and life tips to assist with massage for better results. I think every woman should own a book to learn self-care and make herself more beautiful and healthy. However, I kind of hate some of the complicated acupuncture point diagrams in the book, which look a bit headache-inducing. But overall, this book is still very practical!
