A Concise Reading of the Huangdi Neijing

This book is really good! It uses the Six Classics as the main line and introduces the various stages of different diseases. It is also accompanied by accurate translations and detailed interpretations, making complex Chinese medicine knowledge simple and easy to understand. I think of a friend of mine who was very interested in Chinese medicine, but always found the theory too obscure and difficult to understand. This book seems to be tailor-made for him and will definitely help him better understand the mysteries of traditional Chinese medicine. Moreover, the book also contains Chinese medicine tips and diagrams of commonly used Chinese medicines, which are very practical. However, I kind of hate those difficult ancient texts. It would be better if it could be paired with some modern examples. Overall, this is a highly recommended introductory book on Chinese medicine.
