However, I kind of hate those people who always mystify Chinese medicine, as if they are the only ones who understand it. The Complete Huangdi Neijing is very practical and conveys the essence of traditional Chinese medicine to everyone in an easy-to-understand way. I think this book is worth reading. It will be of great help to both your own health and your understanding of Chinese medicine culture.

The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic is a good book. I read it once and understood a little bit, but I have benefited a lot. I have a preliminary understanding of the yin and yang of nature and the yin and yang of humans. I will take time to read it again in the future.
