After Death: Developing a Gig-App for Underworld Messengers

Male lead: Lin Fan. Age: 31. Marital status: Unmarried. Ability: 30 seconds (a total pushover) He lived a pathetic life and died a cruel death. He never managed to get married. He owned neither a house nor a single plot of land, and his life was so full of hardship you’d never seen anyone suffer worse. He really lived up to the saying: “Alive, he wasted air; dead, he wasted land.” By a twist of fate after his death, the Underworld began modernizing just as he arrived. He became a ghost officer, reaping souls to earn ghost coins and secure a good next life. But he was born under a star of sorrow, doomed to a tragic fate that couldn’t be changed. Reincarnation would only repeat the tragedy, so he could only stay in the ghost realm and build up merit. Then he developed an on-demand app for Underworld officers and rose to the peak of the ghostly path. … The mortal world. Fortunately, Lin Fan had donated something… unspeakable… to a sperm bank. The director mixed up the samples, and as a result, heiresses, superstar actresses, domineering CEOs, flight attendants, teachers, models, and others all became single mothers. The main story isn’t much to write home about. Read about the little ghost officer instead. He stirs up the world of mortals and spirits alike, coming and going freely between yin and yang.
