The Ghost Doctor’s Hope Amid the Waiting

This is a story about Jin and three girls. Jin is a fifty-three-year-old Asian man who feels he has failed at life. For the sake of his son, he comes to Orantreonia, rents a place in the suburbs, and opens a street food stall like the one in Midnight Diner. There, he meets a mother and daughter, Cindy and Marta, and becomes friends with five-year-old Marta! There’s also Grace, a rich second-generation heiress who wants to be independent! Nothing dramatic happens between them. Their story is made up of little moments of warmth... Five-year-old Marta suffers from a very rare disease, and Jin can’t bear to see such an adorable “little sweetheart” face a terrible fate! To wait for the “medical robot,” the key to treating little Marta, he has to keep her... Faced with exorbitant medical bills, he can’t bear to see Cindy, Marta’s mother, degrade herself. So he returns to his old profession as the “Ghost Doctor,” and all kinds of things happen...
