Reader comments
This book is very practical! It introduces in detail the various meridians, acupuncture points and reflex zones of the human body, and also teaches us self-massage methods to prevent and treat diseases. I particularly liked the section on the reflex zones of the feet, hands and ears, which was very interesting. But I hate those complicated acupuncture point names, they are too hard to remember! This reminds me of the "Huangdi Neijing", which is also a book about traditional Chinese medicine health care, but in a more obscure style. In comparison, this book is more like a practical health guide. Overall, I found this book to be very helpful for anyone who wants to learn about self-care.
Well written and very practical.
I have listened to it three times and will watch it again and again.
The explanations in the book are clear and concise, and even a novice in Chinese medicine can understand and learn them. The location of acupuncture points is explained very well 👌🏻
Come on, come on, come on for the development of traditional Chinese medicine
Very good. Thank you for the author's recommendation and sharing.
