Major Case Unit Six [Sequel]

As love, betrayal, and family entanglements intertwine, life becomes complicated for a married couple of police officers. The bureau chief sends Yang Zhen out of town for a meeting, while Ji Jie goes undercover at a bar. But the operation ends with her being kidnapped and disappearing. To spare Yang Zhen's feelings, the bureau keeps it from him until he returns, and then he loses his temper. After a grueling search, Yang Zhen finally finds Ji Jie, only to discover that she has suffered unimaginable torment. Ji Jie has lost not only her freedom, but also her child. Yang Zhen devotes himself to caring for her, but gossip and the return of his ex-girlfriend make their lives even more complicated. To protect Yang Zhen, Ji Jie submits a transfer request without telling him and leaves the precinct. However, when Yang Zhen falls into alcoholism and ends up hospitalized, Ji Jie returns to his side. Their love is rekindled, but the arrival of an unexpected visitor threatens their happiness. An accident nearly costs Ji Jie her life, but in the end, she successfully gives birth to their daughter. As time passes, the story follows Yang Zhen, Ji Jie, and their daughter as they grow and struggle through different stages of life. Finally, after their daughter gets married, Yang Zhen and Ji Jie retire and decide to travel the world together, rekindling their love.
