Love and Deepspace: A Glimmer of Color Called Love

A modern-day Yan Liang and Wen Chou fanfic based on Code: Kite Loyal, rugged top x unhinged beauty bottom [Bottom's perspective] Wen Chou has always believed that he was born to avenge his mother. So when the Kite organization came looking for him, he agreed without hesitation. He thought he would either die in the mission or spend the rest of his life alone, but Yan Liang's arrival changed his mind. Before meeting Yan Liang, he thought there was no reason to feel guilty about using someone. But Yan Liang kept pulling him back from the brink of death, again and again, and brought life back to his long-dead heart. So he confessed everything to Yan Liang and told him he loved him. He thought Yan Liang would leave, but instead Yan Liang told him: “I let you use me willingly.” “But when you love me, I hope you'll love yourself a little more, too.” [Top's perspective] Yan Liang feels that before he met Wen Chou, he spent more than twenty years of his life like a weapon. He was drawn to Wen Chou from the moment he first saw him. He doesn't know what love is; all he can do is clumsily protect the person he likes and keep him from harm. Even when he learns that Wen Chou approached him with an ulterior motive, he doesn't care. Wen Chou brought color to the black-and-white world inside him and taught him how to love. “Actually, I don't know what love is. I just want to protect you.” “Then let me teach you how to love someone.” (Loosely related to the game. OOC warning. Modern setting, no blood relation.)
