This book is very interesting! It is one of the earliest extant medical classics in China. It is extremely rich in content and covers traditional Chinese medicine knowledge such as yin, yang, five elements, meridians and internal organs. I find this holistic concept enlightening and gives me a more holistic view of the human body and health. Moreover, the question-and-answer format in the book is also very vivid, just like chatting with ancient people. Although some of the archaic diction is difficult to understand, the editing is very detailed and the annotations are very useful. Reading this book feels like exploring a mysterious medical world, which is very interesting!
