I’m Desperate to Die, but the Female Emperor Calls Me a Peerless Statesman

What? I wake up in the imperial prison, and the System says that if I die, I'll become the ruler of 3,600 great worlds! But before Zheng Xiu can enjoy the news for long, the empress saves him with her very first imperial decree. To become ruler of the 3,600 worlds again, Zheng Xiu has no choice but to keep provoking people until they kill him. If the court officials have their ways, then I'll offend the court officials. If the great clans have their ways, then I'll offend the great clans. If the immortal sects have their ways, then I'll offend the immortal sects. If enemy nations have their ways, well, whether or not to offend them isn't even a question. It's a matter of principle. Watching one report of victory after another arrive at the Hall of Mental Cultivation, the empress let out a quiet sigh. It seems that this time, only by giving him what she gave him last time could she do justice to the achievements of this peerless statesman.
