Great Qin: I Become the First Emperor's System from the Start

[Scheming protagonist + Great Qin + infinite-flow + no saintly do-gooder + see synopsis below] What is an empire? One that holds the sun and moon in its grasp and plucks the stars from the sky? That’s thinking too small. Way too small. An empire should tread upon one dimension and hold up a hundred. The System offers a choice from the start. Protagonist Wang Zirui instantly chooses to become the First Emperor System. The Six Kingdoms? Hmph! How quaint. The hundred-dimensional universe is all mine. What elixir? That’s all heavy metals. I’ll just give you a Nine-Turn Divine Dragon Pill. What? You want a battleship too? Battleships are a bit hard to build. Here, have a few two-dimensional foils to clean up the trash!
