Great Doctor: Dawn, Complete in Two Volumes

Prince Ma described the frontline of the tenacious development of Western medicine in Shanghai, China, around 1911. It is especially difficult to write a novel that has data to follow and historical facts. This shows that this novel is not easy. This is my favorite type. For example, although "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms" has too many interpretations of history, the line is still there and the overall situation remains unchanged. Even serious records by historians may not be true, so I can learn more from descriptions from different angles. Thanks for the effort! Thanks for sharing! Grateful!

Doctors are completely different from other professions. If you don't have a benevolent heart, you can't be a good doctor or a good doctor. Without empathy, you can only be regarded as an assembly line worker. The thousands-year history of traditional Chinese medicine has been shattered by the humiliating history of China in modern times, causing many people to lose their confidence and patience in traditional Chinese medicine. However, Chinese medicine has been with China for thousands of years and has ensured the continuity of the Chinese people. It must have its merits and cannot be erased by a few words from some people with ulterior motives. Just like how many traitors are obliterating traditional Chinese culture and licking Western culture now, they are actually more terrifying than the traitors during the Anti-Japanese War. Whenever a great doctor treats a disease, he must calm his mind and calm his mind, have no desires or demands, and first have a heart of great compassion and compassion, vowing to universally save the suffering souls. If someone comes to seek help from someone who is sick, he should not ask whether he is rich or poor, whether he is old or young, whether he is good or bad, whether he is close or good friends, whether he is Chinese or barbarian, is stupid or wise, or is the same person. They are all the same as those of close relatives. Nor should he look forward and backward, worry about his own good or bad, and protect his life. If you see someone suffering from it, if you have it yourself... This can be a great doctor for the common people. Great doctor..."

I just finished watching "The Three-Body Problem" and will watch "The Great Doctor" right after. To be honest, "The Three-Body Problem" is a good book, but it is the kind of good book that requires a lot of effort to study. "The Great Doctor" is different. It can be read as a recreational novel and people will feel comfortable. The core of the full text is "people", and a complete character image is created through the background of the times, social groups and occupations in which the person lives. If you have read too many online articles, it is recommended to read this kind of published articles. There are no historical errors or logical loopholes. They are the result of the author's repeated research and review of historical materials. They are more worth recalling than the online articles that are full of errors and omissions and are rushed to be updated every day.

So well written! This work is like a breath of fresh air, washing away the Tomato Net, which makes people feel shocked. Let us understand the history of modern Chinese medicine's backwardness and suffering. Those sages who devoted their lives to medicine to preserve species, salute you! The work is majestic, ever-changing, and the descriptions of many scenes make people feel immersed in the scene. The author's description of the characters is delicate, the language of each country, especially the proverbs, is used just right, and the author has a solid foundation in ancient Chinese. Thank you for your hard work, thank you for letting us read such an excellent work [Like][Like]

In order to save the nation and strengthen the country and protect the species, under the turmoil and changes in the late Qing Dynasty, doctors shouted out one after another. At that critical historical node in 1910, it was the young man who threw himself into the historical occasion and was sent to the Red Cross General Hospital by fate. As the first generation of public charity in his life, the three of them shouldered even heavier responsibilities. In disaster relief and anti-epidemic operations, the three People continue to grow, from young teenagers to outstanding doctors who shoulder responsibilities. The novel uses the Red Cross as the starting point and the theme of saving lives. It depicts the story of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. It has a sense of history. There are characters from different walks of life in the article, including sages who struggled for ideals and oppressors of feudal society. The focus is on the sublimation of the original intention of a group of doctors, full of the spirit of family and country.

A great doctor is like a history, and with his benevolence to help the world, he has witnessed the changes of the times for hundreds of years. This is the sentence I most want to share with you after reading this book. This book uses extremely delicate writing to describe for us the story of Dr. Mu Mu who helped the world by hanging a pot in the late Qing Dynasty. They faced wars, plagues, and disasters without fear, but stepped forward to save lives and heal the wounded everywhere. The protagonists have also grown from being young and immature to mature and steady, and have become real doctors. After reading it, I was shocked for a long time before I recovered. All I can say is that the author is awesome!

After reading it in three days, I not only gained a brief understanding of the medical history since the Republic of China, but also learned about the world at that time and the Greater Shanghai and Wuhan under the political background of China. As a Wuhan native, the local geography, building names, and the wars of the Republic of China are all presented in the book!

It's really good to read, because I am a medical student and I used to like Teacher Ma Boyong's books. The new book I opened this time immediately touched my DNA of studying medicine. I thought, what was medicine like before New China? It must have been difficult conditions and difficult diagnosis and treatment. Period, after reading the previous volume, there are many things that struck me. Once you become a doctor, you are automatically given the responsibility to treat illnesses and save lives. No matter who the patient is, when they are sick, what I hope most is to help them relieve their pain; when medicine and the changes of the times come together When I was reading "The Great Doctor", I suddenly thought of Mr. Lu Xun who gave up medicine and followed literature. He said that it is impossible to treat people's bodies alone, and there is no way to treat people's thoughts. After reading "The Great Doctor", I had another idea. Thoughts are important, but physical health is also inevitable. You see Soldiers on the battlefield, without the help of medicine, this revolutionary path would be even more difficult. In an era when antibiotics are scarce or even non-existent, they can resist all kinds of poisonous germs🦠. The revolution is powerful, and those who are determined to follow this revolution are even more powerful...

Mr. Ma's book is rich in historical facts and accurate in characterization. It truly reproduces the inner world of all living beings in the period when the decadent Qing Dynasty is about to fall and the Republic is about to be established. Regardless of doctors, businessmen, scholars, or soldiers, the theme is that great medicine has no boundaries!
