Yi Zhongtian Reads China Series: Portraits of Notable Figures

This book really resonated with me. I don't have any academic qualifications, but as the book says, as long as you have the strength and ability, you can do what you want to do. Just like I graduated from junior high school, I can still work hard in society with my own efforts. Moreover, the historical stories in the book are very interesting, and it also made me understand that success and failure are not important. What is important is to have the courage to try.

This is the first time I read Yi Zhongtian's book. It is very good and the analysis is very thorough. I have heard of most of them, but not a few of them. The views are very novel. Especially in the end, the rule of man, the rule of virtue and the rule of law, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the group nature of Chinese culture, how and whether individuality should be promoted or not, provide us with insights and directions for the future.
