Anomalous Biology Management Bureau

Humanity has lived and thrived in this world for nearly a million years. In ancient times, we huddled around bonfires in caves, afraid of the inexplicable things outside. Lightning and thunder, the sun rising in the east and setting in the west, all those things we couldn't explain: we called them gods or monsters. We begged them for mercy and salvation. Now our numbers have grown, while all that remains of them are strange legends. Yet in places beyond our sight, traces of their existence can still be found. They feed on humans, plunging the world into panic. To deal with this problem, a mysterious organization called the Abnormal Creatures Management Bureau was established. Its purpose is to resolve abnormal events occurring around the world that cannot be explained by science.
