The meaning is actually the same, but the translation in that book is just like talking in ordinary times, relatively plain, and it feels like a word-by-word translation. Where is the English position, and the Chinese translation is at that position without making a big change. The translation in this book is more literary, the language is more concise, and it reads more beautifully. I really recommend everyone to read this book carefully. Ps: I don't mean to say that Zheng Zhenduo's translation of "The Collection of Birds" is bad, but I personally prefer the language in it.
