This book is really good! It is like a considerate little health assistant, telling us how to eat, how to sleep, and how to exercise according to the 24 solar terms. I especially like the part about the relationship between seasonal changes and the human body in the book. It feels very practical. It reminds me of another book of the same type called "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic", which also talks about health preservation. Moreover, I think the open-mindedness mentioned in the book is particularly important, just like Zhu Bajie in my favorite "Journey to the West". Although he is sometimes greedy and playful, his mentality is always so optimistic, which is also the key to health! All in all, this book is well worth reading.
It introduced the health care issues of each solar term in great detail, and learned how to master and implement them as much as possible.
