Objectively speaking, Chinese medicine, like many ethnic medicines, has its bleak side and certain limitations - this is inevitable for any medicine in the world. But the shortcomings are only a few after all. We cannot stop eating because of choking, or obliterate the brilliant achievements of traditional Chinese medicine because of a few flaws. Even in the face of Western medicine that is at its peak, the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine cannot be ignored. This is mainly reflected in its unique overall concept, diversified treatment methods, full of humanistic care, good treatment of chronic diseases, and emphasis on health care. I especially like the part about the human body's self-healing ability in the book, it's amazing! This reminds me of the "Huangdi Neijing", both of which emphasize the importance of prevention and self-care. Moreover, the content of this book is easy to understand, just like chatting with friends, very relaxed and enjoyable. I think everyone can benefit from it and find a regimen that suits them.
A very good book, suitable for contemporary people to read.
