It Is Realistic and Feasible for Real People to Cultivate Immortality
3.7MViews469Books1dUpdated

Just by the title of this book, you can tell that you are cultivating immortality at first glance. Don't bother me. I want to cultivate immortality. I want to push through three lifetimes!
I learned to breathe and am trying water breathing.
This book briefly talks about some people's misunderstandings about breathing, what is correct breathing, how to restore correct breathing through training, the consequences of correct breathing and incorrect breathing for people, and some cases in the author's life. I like this book very much.
I find it quite interesting and it explains some misunderstandings about breathing. If you find it troublesome to read various examples and theoretical arguments, it is recommended to read the training methods of different blot values in Chapter 2 first, and then go straight to the last chapter.
I started practicing according to the steps in the book for a while, and my running has improved a lot. I was out of breath when I first ran 200 meters. Now I can run for six kilometers, but I can't breathe through my nose the whole way, so I can only run for one kilometer. This is already a relatively big progress. Thank you to the author for your painstaking research on breathing, thus benefiting readers who are lucky enough to come into contact with it. Your work is so meaningful. This book can be used as a study manual for frequent reading and practice. Thanks again to the author whom I have never met.
One sentence of truth is preached, and tens of thousands of books are falsely preached. To summarize this book, even though it has been written so much, there are only two central ideas. 1. Breathe through the nose 2. Improve BOLT. The method of improvement starts from page 465 and goes back about 30 pages. Other content is of no use!
We all breathe, but few know the correct way to do so with each other. The breathing method we are usually accustomed to is called chest breathing, but this method prevents the alveoli at the bottom of the lungs from completely expanding and contracting. Without good exercise, oxygen cannot be fully transported to all parts of the body. Chest breathing will cause two-fifths of the alveoli to be in a state of disuse for a long time. Over time, many organs in the body will experience varying degrees of hypoxia, such as tracheitis, emphysema, and pulmonary heart disease.
Nothing is difficult in this world, only those who are willing can learn to breathe as long as we exercise more.
Some things are considered instinctive and no one teaches them anymore. Some instincts go unnoticed and disappear over time. For example, breathing and movement are skills learned from an early age. The author of this book developed "Breathing Optimization Training" after 13 years of own practice and promotion of teaching. So far, many people have benefited. It's a very practical method. I practiced the method described in the book for a week. Overall, the experience was very good. I slowly got rid of the habit of breathing through my mouth. I am more focused when studying and working, my thinking is clearer, my energy is better, and I am not easily tired. It's so practical.
This is the first time I've seen any scientific reading on correct breathing rhythm. I read the Huangdi Neijing before, but I misunderstood it. It dawned on me after reading this book. Therefore, if you cannot understand ancient books, you must not force yourself to understand them, let alone try them easily.
What I gained from this book: ① Breathing through the nose, there is nitric oxide in the nasal cavity, which is good for us. ② Reduce the amount of breathing, less than breathing through the mouth, and breathe moderately. ③ Breathe moist air through your nose to reduce the inhalation of harmful substances. ④ Breathing through the mouth for a long time can cause some diseases and affect facial development. ⑤Carbon dioxide helps promote our breathing. This book introduces how to breathe correctly, but we cannot blindly follow its training methods. I think the author exaggerates the role of respiration and feels that everything is related to breathing. The method in this book emphasizes the role of breath holding. To increase tolerance, you need to hold your breath and reduce the amount of breathing. But we should also know what symptoms can be caused by hypoxia? This book doesn't cover it.
Summary: Breathe through your nose, don't sigh and gasp.
If the Qi is strong, the life will be strong; if the Qi is weak, the life will be weak; if the Qi is loose, the life will be long.
This book has been of great help to me, and I will try to adhere to this method to train myself to improve my health.
Just breathe through your nose, not your mouth
A very useful, classic book. The second one I think is very useful to me personally. I will also study others and try to find other useful books. This kind of thing can change my understanding of things. Maybe I can change myself
Don't use your mouth, breathe through your nose. When eating and chewing, keep your mouth closed.
This book had a great impact on me and guided me back to normal breathing.
After reading this book, you can move around the world and learn.
The content is scientific, rigorous and detailed. It is of great help to me. It relieves my anxiety, improves my learning efficiency, reduces my mental internal consumption, and also improves my physical fitness to a certain extent. Highly recommended.
It's really good. I learned a lot of ways to improve my running performance.
It seems to coincide with the traditional Chinese Buddhist and Taoist breathing method
It's quite useful. I'll take the physical exam next year. Come on!
Breathing seems to be a simple thing, but the author does not think so. He feels that breathing also needs to be learned. The author introduces several important breathing methods, such as deep breathing, which is a way to relax the body and mind. By taking a deep breath, letting the air fully enter the lungs, and then exhaling slowly, we can help us relax tense muscles and reduce stress and anxiety. Abdominal breathing is a deep and effective way of breathing. When we breathe, we should allow our abdomen to expand rather than just breathing from our chest. After reading this book, you will find that ordinary breathing can also undergo different changes.
I have been doing abdominal breathing for 4 days, and I feel hazy every day. I only feel better when I take a break after running [almost crying] [almost crying] [almost crying]
Breathing is something that each of us must do every minute to survive in this world. But there is a way to breathe, you know? In this book, the author emphasizes the importance of breathing as a natural instinct and provides practical methods and techniques to improve the quality and effectiveness of breathing. By learning the correct way to breathe and master related exercises, readers can improve their physical and mental health and better cope with the stress and challenges of daily life.
This book is very good and very practical. Hope the sun shines brighter. I give you a thumbs up. . . . . . .
Some of the ideas stated in the book coincide with some of my previous thoughts.
Very practical, very satisfied! ! !
I had a stuffy nose, so I used the method in the book, which was very helpful. I also put it on my mouth and slept. Really, my mouth was no longer dry in the morning, there was no bad smell or sour taste, and my throat didn't hurt when I woke up in the morning (it used to be uncomfortable to swallow saliva when I woke up in the morning).
