"Massage Tips", a monograph on massage. Four volumes. Written by Tu Weisheng. The author compiled this book based on the book "Baochi Massage Method", referring to "Guangyi of Massage" and the massage discussions of Tang Rongchuan, Chen Zishan, Chen Feixia and others. The first volume (collection) introduces the method of identifying symptoms; the second volume discusses massage techniques; the third and fourth volumes are drug prescriptions for various diseases in 16 subjects. The author's comments attached to the book also have certain reference value. In 1928, the lithographic version was published by Shanghai Qianqingtang Book Company.

When I read the book, I thought it was an introduction to adult massage. For children who are new to massage or want to know more about it, you can read the textbook "Pediatric Massage". The prescriptions here are only for reference. Nowadays, children's physical constitution, including medical treatment and environment, are different. Children's massage is more about health care and auxiliary treatment, and the cost of decoctions and the like is really high.
Massage plus prescription, analysis and demonstration, combined with treatment, get twice the result with half the effort.
Written by the author based on his own medical experience, it is rich in content, especially the parts about disease recognition and massage techniques, which are very detailed. Although it may not be perfect in some places, overall it is a good book worth recommending. I will study hard and hope to use this knowledge to take better care of my baby.
