"It's Hard to Know", a medical treatise. Volume Two. It was written by Wang Haogu in Yuan Dynasty in 1308. This book is a compilation by Wang of his teacher Li Gao's medical expositions, including the basic theories of meridians, viscera, pathology, causes of disease, as well as clinical syndrome differentiation, treatment methods, etc. The description of the syndrome and treatment of the six meridians of typhoid fever is particularly detailed and has personal originality. Although the whole book incorporates Wang Haogu's academic insights, it still reflects Li Gao's academic thoughts to a certain extent. There are extant original editions, various editions of the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, and the edition of "Yitong Zhengmai". There are photocopies after 1949.
