Many urbanites have this experience: they used to fall asleep soundly, and had to rely on several alarm clocks to force themselves to open their eyes in the early morning. Now when it is time to go to bed at night, they toss and turn and can't fall asleep. They have to count endless sheep silently, look at the ceiling that cannot be lit, or wake up naturally in the middle of the night, and then they can't fall asleep no matter how hard they try. As a result, the busyness during the day is also accompanied by fatigue, and I have to fight against sleepiness from time to time. "You Can Sleep Better" edited by Wang Zunlai starts from a professional perspective and helps friends with insomnia understand how to sleep and how to combat the problem of insomnia. I believe that after reading this book, it will be helpful to friends with insomnia.

I seem to have some of the morbid sleep symptoms mentioned in the book, and I really need to make some adjustments. I think this book is a bit similar to "Sleep Revolution". They both analyze sleep problems from a professional perspective and provide a lot of practical suggestions. I'm going to try the method in the book to see if I can sleep better. You can also read this book, maybe it will be helpful to you too!
This book is very well written
Learned, very practical
This book is a very clear, practical and down-to-earth book about insomnia. It is a very good book.
