The first one's a satisfying read: the protagonist dares to act with impunity in the city, even flying fighter jets overhead. He teaches people a lesson without being brainless, and he doesn't grovel or cling to life at all costs.
The second one has tightly connected plot threads. Anyone who knows the author Xiaowei knows his books aren't brainless, and they're incredibly satisfying to read.
The third one's also a satisfying read. It drags a little, but it's still fun.
None of the three make the characters stupid, drag things out, or have the protagonist grovel.
