Stopping Myself from Destroying the World

I studied the vibrations of objects, hoping to achieve the ability to walk through walls. Instead, someone used my research to nearly blow up Earth.

I studied the field of prime numbers, hoping to solve its toughest problems once and for all. Instead, someone used it to solve large-prime factorization and crack the RSA algorithm, nearly triggering a global financial crisis.

I studied photon theory, hoping to make myself invisible. Instead, someone used it to kill experts in every field, including me.

At last, I developed the technology for time travel and sent an artificial intelligence twenty-seven years into the past, sealing away my own intellect and memories in an attempt to save the world I had torn to pieces.

But something went wrong with the AI. It could only transmigrate back twenty years. All kinds of advanced technology had already leaked, and I could only rely on my sealed-away intelligence to save the world.
