The Pokémon Dimension: Starting Out as a Bug Catcher

He transmigrates to the Pokémon World, but the System doesn't give him a legendary Pokémon from the start.

Youshu, a commoner who has only one Butterfree from the start, plans to begin as a Bug Catcher.

"Low base stats, limited offensive coverage, and poor resistances are drawbacks shared by most Bug-type Pokémon. Their advantage, though, is that they can become battle-ready easily, and they're easy to catch and raise. That's a good fit for me, since I'm starting out as a commoner."

Pokémon have levels and potential, and the story progresses at a slower pace. The protagonist's Pokémon won't all be Bug-type; Bug-types are simply his main fighters in the early stages.
