I Can Reverse My Stat Points

People are out and about by day. Ghosts descend at night.

The hours of Xu, Hai, Zi, Chou, Yin, and Mao are known as the Six Night Watches.

At these hours, ghosts roam and Domains descend.

Ghosts cannot be killed.

Only ghosts can fight ghosts.

Night Watchers are a group who stole the power of ghosts still in the process of forming, and stand guard over Dongxia's nights.

Yuan Yichuan wakes up in a dungeon, hunted by ghosts, and awakens a System that lets him assign people's stats in reverse.

What happens when a stat reaches zero, or even falls below zero?
