Seventeen Years on the Trail of a Killer

This story is adapted from real events. In 2000, in Yunnan Province, a nine-year-old boy named Xiang Mingqian got into a conflict with a neighbor's child, Zhang Jun (a pseudonym), and then both families got involved. During the dispute, Xiang Mingqian's father was stabbed and slashed 18 times by Zhang Jun's father and died.

After losing his father, Xiang Mingqian set out alone to track down the killer, never giving up for 17 years. At last, in 2017, he caught his father's killer, Zhang Mouqi, in Shengxin Town, Nan'an City.
