The Electrocutioner

Two people living in the city were betrayed by those closest to them and plunged down Thunderstrike Mountain.

Amid a waterfall of lightning, their bodies were remade.

They gained the power to control electricity.

They can make people convulse, leaving them unable to fight back.

They can also make a stopped heart beat again.

They can turn themselves into data and probe the secrets on another person's computer.

They can even scramble the electrical systems of planes in flight,

causing missiles in flight to lose their targets.

When the protagonist can take on every BOSS alone and rule the world,

he discovers that the world isn't as simple as it seems.

This is a slow-burn story, so if you want someone to punch a hole in the sky, you can look elsewhere.
