An Intern at S.H.I.E.L.D.

After transmigrating to Marvel, red-haired Shanks activates a Poker Pickup System that lets him collect attribute cards dropped by other people. The stronger they are, the higher the rank of the cards they drop!

Join the X-Men? No, life would be too stifling!

Join the Avengers? Or serve Odin in Asgard? Become the Sorcerer Supreme under the Ancient One? No, life would be too constrained!

Shanks decides to start by getting himself an internship at S.H.I.E.L.D.

Captain America: I never dreamed that after all these years, Thor couldn't beat me, Iron Man couldn't beat me, and even Thanos couldn't force me to surrender, but I would lose to an unremarkable S.H.I.E.L.D. intern!

Thanos: As everyone knows, the most terrifyingly powerful person on Earth is that inconspicuous S.H.I.E.L.D. intern!
