Reborn: Naruto Overthinks Everything

The Sand Village suffered devastating losses in the Chunin Exams, while Konoha lost only the Third Hokage. Was it really all just Orochimaru's plot? The mission to the Land of Waves was far too conveniently timed. How could Konoha have failed to discover Tazuna's hidden mission? Asuma brought along the Ino-Shika-Cho trio, and his daughter-in-law Kurenai brought the Hyuga, Aburame, and Inuzuka clans. Was this really not all to pave the way for his son to become Hokage? And Asuma's death, with reinforcements arriving just in time: wasn't that all arranged in advance?

Reborn as Naruto, he feels completely on edge. This world is damn dangerous. He'd better keep his head down, at least until he slaps Hagoromo and Hamura Otsutsuki clear out of the sky.
