The Pokemon World: Black Wings

The introduction is weak, the content is even weaker, you are the real LJ

Black wings, do you still need to guess? Dark Lugia. Dark Rayquaza doesn't grow hair either. The black dragon has no hair either. What else?

The cover looks like Dark Lugia?

Why is the protagonist so obsessed with Charmander? Is it to give the protagonist an excuse to become a commoner? Then does the author write such an origin just for the sake of water?

Novel, Pokemon: Fallen Star.

The plot is a bit slow but it's okay.

Of course the black wings represent Zekrom (funny)
