The Dimensional Thief Expert

In the world of Naruto, he was assigned to be a special jonin the first time he trained in chakra. In the world of One Piece, he was mistaken for the Ancient Weapon Uranus, and the entire world of pirates was shaken by his presence... My name is Bai Yu, and my master is the God of Thieves. He gave me three legacies. One is the Light of Theft, which can steal anyone's abilities, though I don't get to choose what it takes: the selection is random. Another is the Book of Fusion, which can combine any skills, but it has many restrictions. The last is a Crystal Palace dimension, which I won't go into. In short, I love beautiful women, and my dream is to gather every beauty I like. To make that dream come true, I set out on a journey across dimensions.
