Dreaming in the City

Who says migrant workers have low social status? After being denounced by society as vagrants and drifters for so long, migrant workers finally stepped onto society's grand stage one day. They not only found their place in the big cities, but also found love through their hard work and capability. They have the right to choose their occupations and have learned to protect their legal rights and interests. They have not only enjoyed the benefits of reform and opening up, but have also become the backbone of urban development. Whatever city folk can do, they can do too. Whatever pleasures city folk enjoy, they can enjoy as well, including a new way of life. They have become the objects of pursuit for young and married women in the cities, and a striking sight among the migrant-worker community.
