Detective Conan: The Liquor Factory's Intelligence Chief, with Bourbon as My Informant

Lin Longma, director of the Security Planning Department, takes over the investigation: Tequila was blown to pieces, leaving behind a single shoe. But in the footage, the elementary schooler Conan, who had been kicked in the face, manages to snatch the sticker from the sole first. The police report does not mention it at all.

What bothers Lin Longma even more is that before Tequila died, he talked far too much with the person he was meeting, even letting the words "criminal organization" slip in front of everyone. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is already closing in. The hideout has been cleared, their people are under surveillance, and the entire intelligence network is trembling under Gin's fury.

But the worst part is that the kid who got kicked was supposed to run home crying to his mother. Instead, he followed them all the way to the restroom and hid around the corner to watch. He did not manage to duck away in time when the bomb went off, and the blast threw him onto his right side. Yet the first thing he did after regaining consciousness was rush inside and pick up the shoe. Lin Longma stares at the screen and suddenly thinks that the child's gaze looks less like an elementary schooler's and more like a blade.

Now, before Gin's anger turns on him, he needs to figure out what that kid named Conan Edogawa hid in the sole of the shoe.
