Kamen Rider: Burdened by the Shackles of Slaughter, I Unlock Lost Riders

In 2000, the Gurongi awakened. Humanity forged Kamen Riders from blood and bone, establishing the Rider Alliance. After twenty years of bloody war, the monsters were driven beyond the great wall, and the world finally caught its breath.

But that peace collapsed completely in 2020.

In an underground base beneath an abandoned building, a black-haired young man with no memories wakes up wearing unfamiliar armor and gripping an orange short blade. He does not know who he is or where he is. All he has is an instinct carved into his bones: kill.

One after another, the Ant Soldier squad falls in a pool of blood. Every strike is so precise it seems to have been practiced thousands of times. Only when Blazing Wind, a patrol officer wearing golden X armor, corners him and holds a sword to his throat is he stopped at the last moment by a superior's order.

"Take him back for questioning."

But no one knows what is hidden inside the reaper codenamed Owl Shadow.

When the Rider Alliance's higher-ups open a file sealed for more than a decade, they discover that the certification for this lost Rider System recognizes only one person: someone who died long ago.

The flames of war are still spreading, and the truth has only just surfaced. Wherever Kamen Riders appear, peace is never guaranteed.
