One Piece: Blackmailing Vivi, Wielding Thunder as a Villain

After transmigrating into the world of One Piece for twenty-five years, Shenzhao awakened the Great Villain System. The more evil deeds he committed and the greater their impact, the more Villain Points he earned, which he could spend to boost his physique, swordsmanship, Haki, and Devil Fruit abilities. From the start, he coerced Princess Vivi of Alabasta. His very first evil deed unlocked Conqueror's Haki, and his beginner's gift pack gave him the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, sending his combat power soaring from the level of a Rear Admiral to that of an Admiral candidate.

The day Vivi was forced to submit, he destroyed the surveillance Den Den Mushi in the interrogation room, knocked out Karoo, and took full control of the situation. When rebel leader Koza came to trade for weapons, Shenzhao publicly humiliated him by displaying Vivi's blue hair, then struck him with lightning and knocked him unconscious, earning 140,000 Villain Points. When Smoker led the Marines in pursuit of the Straw Hat Pirates and Ace intercepted them with his Fire Fist, Shenzhao descended from the sky as a bolt of lightning. A pillar of thunder split the ground, silencing everyone present.

Crocodile's sandstorm ravaged Alabasta, and the Straw Hat Pirates had yet to reach the royal palace. Shenzhao already stood atop the governor's residence in Rainbase, looking down over the entire city. Marines? Pirates? Shichibukai? In my territory, everyone pays protection money by my rules.
