American Comics: The Surgery Fruit Awakens and Scares S.H.I.E.L.D. Senseless

Kyle transmigrates onto a World War II battlefield and awakens three abilities: the Op-Op Fruit, life absorption, and purification. On the day of the Normandy landings, he slaughters two hundred thousand enemy soldiers. His soul points soar, and his bloodstained hands grow numb.

When he opens his eyes again, he finds himself locked in the lowest level of a raft prison, covered head to toe in hair and suffering from fragmented memories. On the steel plate on the wall opposite him, someone has carved a sentence of seventy-five thousand years. Griffin, a prison guard, comes by once a week and repeats the same words, day in and day out: "Hey, you in there, still breathing?" In the tenth year, a hoarse voice comes from the cell: "What year is it now?"

A ROOM unfolds, teleporting Griffin into the cell. After hearing about the sixty years he can't remember, Kyle crushes the confession agreement in his hand: "I killed thirty thousand comrades? But I don't remember any of it." Nick Fury comes in person to confront him, his voice tight: "You signed the confession with your own hand. You shouldn't be let out."

Kyle raises his left hand. A transparent field covers the entire prison, and a ROOM forty kilometers in diameter envelops the sea.

"Then let me out and see if I lose control again."
