Arms System from the Start: Materializing an Arsenal to Rule South America

Su Ze transmigrates to the South American country of Colombia in 1986 and becomes a mixed-race young man named Luis. From the start, he awakens a weapons-dealer System. A Colt 70 costs him one hundred dollars and sells for five hundred; an AK-47 costs ninety dollars and goes for a thousand.

Pablo personally requests a meeting, asking for thirty armored Humvees, a hundred RPG-7 launchers, and five short-range air defense systems. A massive deal worth 270 million dollars lands in Luis's lap, and he collects 81 million in cash as an advance. Right there, Luis summons his death squad, buys an estate, and registers a security company. His sphere of influence takes shape overnight.

While the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration is still struggling to deal with Pablo, they have no idea that a young man named Luis is quietly spreading a weapons network across South America. From the Middle East to Africa, from drug lords to armed groups, wherever there is war, his shadow is there.

As long as the money is right, he can even get you a nuclear bomb. When Luis says these words, the entire South American underworld knows that a new major arms dealer has risen.
