American Comics: I Draw Atoms from the Start and Command Countless Particles

Rosa transmigrates into the 2029 Marvel Universe, where no Mutants have been born naturally for twenty-five years. A genetic clone of Magneto and Professor X, he is kept as a test subject at the Alkali Research Facility, designated X-19 and widely regarded as a good-for-nothing Mutant because he has never manifested a single ability.

Then the facility's security staff knock Nurse Gabriela to the ground, and Laura unsheathes her claws to fight back. Rosa picks up a blue marker and draws an atom on his forehead. The God-Tier Roleplaying System syncs with Doctor Manhattan, activating his power to control particles. He can govern the creation and destruction of every molecule within a hundred-meter radius.

The first security chief turns into a charred, coal-black lump before him. Dr. Carlos checks the surveillance footage and locks onto the target, then mercenaries storm in fully armed. Rosa targets their hearts through the walls and kills them one by one. Laura is taken down by a tranquilizer dart, but Rosa uses molecular manipulation to remove the drug and wake the young X-23. The X-24 clone charges in to intercept them. With Adamantium claws and a savage physique, it seems unstoppable, but Rosa raises a hand and disintegrates its molecules, blowing the monster apart into a skeleton on the spot.
