Siheyuan: A Li Shizhen Heir Kills Jia Dongxu from the Start

Li Jianshe transmigrates to the 1960s and becomes the eighteenth-generation descendant of Li Shizhen, as well as a down-on-his-luck doctor in a courtyard house who earns less than ten yuan.

After the Great Nation Miracle Doctor System activates, he first cures an eighth-grade fitter's lifelong limp, then gets patients whom Western doctors had given up on back on their feet. Watches, bicycles, and favors soon come pouring in.

Seeing him eating meat and renovating his home, Jia Dongxu shows up with poison, planning to kill him and seize all his property.

The System warns Li Jianshe in advance. He simply switches the wine cups, and Jia Dongxu ends up drinking his own poison. Blood pours from all seven orifices, and he drops dead on the spot.

From then on, Jia Zhangshi, Qin Huairu, Yi Zhonghai, and Silly Zhu take turns coming to cause trouble, only to hand Li Jianshe compensation, houses, and leverage time and again.

He treats poor patients without charging a cent, but for the beasts who want him dead, he has only one prescription: you reap what you sow.
