Ultraman: Wielding Justice, I Face Off Against the Cosmic Tribunal

Fujiwara Juri transmigrates into Ultraman Justice, chosen by the Great Universal Predictor Delacion to become the arbiter of cosmic order. As soon as she arrives, she rescues Lucia, an alien girl being hunted by the Muzan aliens, and inadvertently draws in Daigo and Rena from the TPC GUTS team. Daigo recognizes the light within her at a glance: she's an Ultraman host, just like him.

TPC's senior officers argue furiously. The Security Bureau wants to capture her and cut her open for study, but Director-General Sawai overrules them all and appoints her as a senior advisor to GUTS. Staff Officer Hayami slams the table and demands her arrest, but Megumi Munakata coldly shoots him down. "This is GUTS territory. Please leave." Director-General Sawai asks only one question: "What kind of answer will humanity give?"

The Muzan aliens pursue Lucia's brother at Mount Akamine, and Ultraman Tiga appears to fight them. In Fujiwara Juri's eyes, Daigo's identity has long been as obvious as a five-kilowatt light bulb. While TPC is still debating what to do about the alien visitor, Fujiwara Juri has already pinned on her advisor's badge and is standing before the command room's floor-to-ceiling windows, gazing into the distance. Delacion is waiting for humanity's answer, and she has decided to watch it being written herself.
