Great Qin: I Extend My Life by Looting Corpses on the Battlefield

Zhao Feng transmigrates to the Qin dynasty just as Qin Shi Huang is conquering the Six States. Drafted into the army, he is assigned to the corpse-transport unit. While everyone else considers it unlucky, he is delighted: every corpse he touches gives him strength, speed, physique, and lifespan! Ordinary soldiers grant one point to each stat, officers grant double, and personally killing an enemy makes them soar by twice as much. After three days, all his stats exceed 200, and he can punch with over 300 jin of force.

On the battlefield at Baoqiu, an enemy hides among the piles of corpses and pretends to be dead, then springs up and kills two men. From ten zhang away, Zhao Feng runs him through the chest with a single sword thrust. The son of Bao Yuan, a great general of Han, dies at the hands of a mere logistics soldier. Zhao Feng rises three ranks and gains a rank of nobility, with all his stats surpassing 300. Wang Jian finds it interesting and casually includes it in his victory report. In the palace hall, Ying Zheng's mouth curls into a smile. “The father and son Bao Yuan were hailed as tiger generals, yet they died at the hands of a logistics soldier in my army?”

Yangcheng is strewn with corpses, and Zhao Feng keeps gaining stats and lifespan. Wei Quan tells him that Qin law is for commoners, while the powerful will always hold you down. Zhao Feng is silent for a moment. Then he will climb to a position where no one can hold him down. While others fight for military merit and scramble for noble titles, he has his sights on something greater: immortality. So what if he is a logistics soldier? The one who lives to the end is the greatest winner.
