Tiga: The Cheat Manufacturer, Galvinian!

Lu Xuan transmigrates as a Galvinian and spends ten years hiding in Tokyo as a "cosmic refugee." With his genius mind and advanced starship technology, he secretly cobbles together the first-generation Omnitrix. It can turn him into a human from the genetic level, push his combat power to the limit, and leave an infinity symbol on his chest.

When the Daisimosians come knocking, Lu Xuan tracks them down and heads to their island. A microwave cannon levels the ground, electrified gauntlets clash head-on with tentacles, and a single palm blast collapses half the island. The Daisimanians all crash at once, the island's disguise falls apart, and it is fully exposed to the TPC radar. New Jofei flies over Tokyo Bay in a GUTS-WING. Seeing a landmass appear out of nowhere on the radar, he feels a chill run down his back. Megumi gives an order in a low voice, while Norui types so fast his hands tremble.

Standing amid the ruins, Lu Xuan looks down at the faint glow gathering in his palm. The human genes optimized to perfection by the Omnitrix have actually given him the ability to control light particles. Humanity in this world is far from as simple as it seems.

The first-generation Omnitrix, microwave cannons, control over light particles: his legend is only just beginning, starting with an island in Tokyo Bay. An Ultraman fanfic, with self-made cheats, from alien refugee to human host.
