Naruto: Chosen Wage Slave, Awakening Wood Release from the Start

After transmigrating into the Hokage world, Qiu Yuan Shenle awakens the Genshin Impact part-time job System: "As long as you diligently complete your superiors' assignments, you can grow stronger."

From the start, he is assigned to Orochimaru. His rookie gift pack yields the scientific knowledge of the shinobi world, and the Hashirama Cells transplant experiment succeeds on the first try. Wood Release, an innate healing ability, and SSS-rank chakra: with one punch, he blows up a summoned snake.

But his boss is always eyeing his body. No problem, he'll just switch jobs. His new boss, Shimura Danzō, gives him the codename "A" and, as a bonus, two traits: guaranteed intelligence from the Darkness of the Shinobi World and the ability to learn any jutsu taught by the Professor of the Shinobi World.

On his first day, senior colleague Aburame Ryoma teaches him the "Will of Root": no name, no feelings, no past, no future. After listening, Qiu Yuan Shenle punches him into the wall. "Who said you could call me A? Only Lord Danzō can."

Among his fellow Konoha ANBU is a genius named Uchiha Itachi. Orochimaru wants him, Danzō wants to keep an eye on him, and the Third Hokage wants to use him. As for Qiu Yuan Shenle, all he wants to know is:

When can he get all these bosses in one place and let them fight each other first?
