Arknights: I Control the Flow of Time to Keep FrostNova Safe

After transmigrating to Terra five years ago, Tianshu was infected, imprisoned, and had his eyes gouged out. When dozens of Infected were locked inside a warehouse and starved to death, he awakened a forbidden ability: he could control the passage of time for everything around him. The warehouse exploded into a sea of blood, and he was the only survivor.

When Talulah and FrostNova found him among the corpses, the blind man was staring at the sky with empty eye sockets. The Yeti Squad took him in, and Patriot personally trained him, pushing his hearing to its limits by making him fish on an icy river and restraining his Originium Arts, which could run wild at any moment, with chains and a collar.

During a breakout from the mining district, Ursus troops got on FrostNova's tail. Tianshu consciously unleashed his ability for the first time. Twelve members of the gendarmerie exploded into chunks of flesh, and even their armor was warped by time into scrap metal. Alina covered his eyes and told him not to lose his kindness. But when he heard FrostNova's labored breathing in the blizzard, he knew he had found his answer.

Patriot asked quietly, "What can your power do?"

Tianshu clenched the candy FrostNova had given him and grinned. "Make anyone who wants to freeze her to death get a taste of dying of old age first."
