Pokemon: Becoming the Champion Starts in Alola

Su Yu transmigrates into the Pokemon world as the adopted son of the Aether Foundation, and sets his sights on Legendary Pokémon from the start.

He devises a clever series of schemes, leading Maxie of Team Magma around in circles and successfully stealing Groudon, the land ruler of Hoenn!

Maxie: "I've been working my tail off looking for Legendary Pokémon, and you treated me like a hired hand?"

Back in Alola, when Kyogre, the ruler of the sea, comes seeking revenge, Su Yu calmly raises a hand. "Groudon, Primal Reversion! Show him what you've got!"

Kyogre: "I'm reporting you! He's cheating!"

With the ruler of the land in his grasp and the Aether Foundation at his back, Su Yu's ambitions begin to grow.

He establishes the Alola League and challenges the old world order. He recruits powerful figures from across the world and builds the strongest Legendary Pokémon army...

Ultra Beasts? Team Rocket? The World Alliance?

Su Yu declares: "Every obstacle will become a stepping stone on my path to the top of the world!"
