A Prelude to Youth, Written on a Note

In September, the plane trees shed their leaves. Transfer student Lin Wan meets top student and class monitor Lu Xingci by chance. A note, a helping hand, and an appointment at the library bring their hearts closer as they spend each day together. Annotations in a book of mistakes, walking side by side in the evening breeze, and cheering each other on at the sports meet are all the purest thrills of youth. This gentle encounter that began on campus holds the most beautiful memories and secrets of the heart.
