Fruit-Flavored Love

Su Haitang, a modern-day sales clerk, woke up to find that she had somehow transmigrated to ancient times and become a kitchen hand at a fruit shop on the verge of closing. Faced with mountains of unsold fruit and a quiet shop, she used modern plating techniques to turn leftover fruit into creative fruit platters, unexpectedly catching the eyes of passersby.

The Fourth Prince, Murong Bo, disguised himself as a young temp worker and slipped into the shop to investigate the people's lives. Su Haitang had no idea who he was. She put this "princely temp" to work cutting fruit, running errands, and hawking the goods, and regularly teased him for being all thumbs. The cold-faced prince was forced to do menial labor, but as they worked together, he was captivated by Su Haitang's creative business ideas and sunny personality.

From hilarious bickering while peddling their wares on the street to dazzling the royal family with a "starry sky fruit platter" at a palace banquet; from resolving a crisis caused by underhanded rivals to joining forces against a conspiracy by a mysterious organization, the two share one funny, heartwarming tale after another, both in the lively fruit shop and amid the treacherous palace intrigue. When the gap between their stations collides with their sincere feelings, how will this romance, sparked by fruit, reach its happy ending?
