Fighting for Myself

Su Xiao grew up in a rural village where boys were valued over girls. She had lived in that environment since childhood, but never gave up fighting for her rights. Yet, as she struggled, she gradually lost sight of herself. After entering the workplace, Su Xiao embarked on a journey of self-discovery. On this stage full of challenges and opportunities, she constantly reflected and grew. She bravely faced the confusion she had once felt and worked hard to break free of her constraints. She began to understand that true rights did not mean opposing others, but having the courage to be herself. No longer swayed by the prejudices of those around her, she moved steadfastly toward her goals. Through her own experiences, Su Xiao shows us that no matter where we come from, we can find ourselves in the workplace, bravely be who we are, and shine in our own way.
